Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S

15% Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon | Industrial Strength | Low Warpage

Uncompromising Engineering Strength
⚙️ High-Modulus Composite

Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S is a premier engineering filament designed for the most demanding technical applications. By integrating 15% high-grade carbon fibers into a modified Nylon 6 matrix, Spectrum has created a material that offers extreme rigidity, high thermal resistance, and significantly reduced shrinkage.

Traditional Nylon (PA6) is notorious for its warping issues; however, the "Low Warp" technology in this CF15S variant ensures that even large-scale functional components can be printed with high dimensional accuracy. This makes it an ideal choice for replacing metal parts in automotive, aerospace, and industrial machinery.

⚠️ Abrasive Material Alert:

Due to the 15% carbon fiber content, this filament is highly abrasive. Hardened steel, ruby, or tungsten carbide nozzles are strictly required. Standard brass nozzles will experience rapid wear and diameter expansion within minutes of printing.

Material Performance Highlights

🚀 Extreme Stiffness

The high-modulus carbon fibers significantly increase the Young’s modulus, providing structural rigidity comparable to metal alloys.

🔥 Enhanced Thermal Limit

Capable of withstanding high continuous operating temperatures, with an HDT ranging between 120°C and 150°C.

📐 Precision Dimensionality

Specially formulated to combat Nylon's natural tendency to warp, ensuring flat bases and tight tolerances on large prints.

🌑 Stealth Matte Aesthetics

Prints exhibit a professional, deep black matte finish that effectively conceals layer lines for end-use industrial parts.

* Critical Storage Note: PA6 is extremely hygroscopic (absorbs moisture). Even after short exposure to air, the print quality will degrade. Store in a dry box or original vacuum packaging. Always re-dry before printing to ensure bubble-free, high-strength results.
