Spectrum PLA ESD
Electrostatic Dissipative | Carbon-Free Aesthetics | Industrial Precision | 0.5kg-1kg
Spectrum PLA ESD is an advanced material designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic components from the damaging effects of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD). Unlike traditional ESD filaments that rely on carbon black and are only available in black, Spectrum's Pure White variant offers a clean-room ready look without compromising on safety.
This filament features a controlled surface resistivity that allows static charges to dissipate safely across the surface, preventing sudden high-voltage sparks. It combines the ease of printing of high-quality PLA with the industrial requirements of modern electronics manufacturing.
Most ESD materials are "dirty" due to carbon migration. Spectrum PLA ESD in Pure White is ideal for clean-room environments and medical electronics assembly where visual cleanliness and the absence of conductive dust are mandatory.
⚡ Dissipative Safety
Engineered surface resistance between 10^6 and 10^9 Ohms ensures controlled grounding of static charges.
📐 High Dimensional Stability
Ultra-low shrinkage and warping ensure that complex jigs and testers fit perfectly into production lines.
🔬 Clean Environment Friendly
The carbon-free additive system prevents black streaks and particulate contamination on sensitive PCBs.
🔨 Structural Toughness
Modified PLA base provides improved impact resistance and durability for long-term industrial use.
