Spectrum PET-G Glow in the Dark
Luminous Blue Afterglow | Engineering Grade
Spectrum PET-G Glow in the Dark is a specialized technical filament that combines the mechanical reliability of PET-G with advanced phosphorescent pigments. This material is designed to "charge" under light and emit a deep, vibrant blue glow in darkness. Unlike standard decorative filaments, Spectrum ensures a high concentration of luminous particles for a longer-lasting and more intense afterglow.
Ideal for both functional safety markers and high-end aesthetic projects, this filament maintains the signature ease-of-use of PET-G: excellent layer adhesion, minimal warping, and superior impact resistance. Whether you're building night-safe equipment or futuristic art, PET-G Glow Blue brings your creations to life when the lights go out.
Because this filament contains concentrated phosphorescent pigments, it is abrasive. To ensure consistent flow and prevent nozzle wear, we strongly recommend using a Hardened Steel Nozzle or a Ruby-tipped nozzle for long-term printing with this material.
🌑 High Intensity Afterglow
Chemically tuned to emit a sharp blue light that remains visible for extended periods after light exposure.
🛡️ Engineering Toughness
Retains PET-G’s excellent mechanical properties, making it suitable for functional, end-use parts.
📏 Dimensional Stability
Low thermal shrinkage ensures that even large luminous enclosures print with perfect flat surfaces and no warping.
🧪 Chemical Resistance
Resistant to moisture and common industrial chemicals, ensuring the glow effect isn't degraded by the environment.

Ensure your luminous projects are optimized by reviewing the official data:
* Maximize the Glow: For the most intense luminescence, increase the Wall Count (Perimeters) and Infill Density. A thicker wall allows more phosphorescent particles to store energy, resulting in a brighter and longer-lasting blue glow.
