Spectrum PLA Glow in the Dark
Cosmic Blue Luminescence | Long-Lasting Afterglow | High-Precision | 0.50kg-1kg
Spectrum PLA Glow in the Dark Blue is a specialty filament designed to bring a luminous dimension to your 3D prints. Based on a high-purity PLA carrier and infused with concentrated phosphorescent pigments, this material absorbs photons from natural or UV light and emits a stunning, ethereal Blue Glow in dark environments.
Unlike standard glow filaments that fade quickly, our formulation is engineered for extended afterglow duration. In daylight, the parts appear as a sophisticated, semi-translucent natural white, but once the lights go out, they transform into radiant glowing masterpieces.
While standard sunlight will charge your prints, UV (Blacklight) exposure provides the fastest and most intense "charge," resulting in a deeper, more vibrant blue luminescence that lasts significantly longer.
✨ Vivid Blue Luminescence
A rare blue-spectrum glow that stands out from the common green-glow filaments, offering a unique "cyberpunk" aesthetic.
🌑 High Pigment Density
Maximizes light absorption and emission for a brighter, more consistent glow across the entire surface of the model.
📐 Perfect Layer Detail
Maintains the high resolution and ease-of-printing synonymous with Spectrum PLA, ensuring complex geometries remain sharp.
🔨 Post-Processing Potential
Prints can be sanded to a smooth finish, further enhancing the internal light refraction of the glowing particles.

* Engineer's Alert: The phosphorescent pigments in Glow in the Dark filaments are abrasive. While it prints like standard PLA, we strongly suggest using a hardened steel nozzle to prevent the rapid wear of brass nozzles. Increasing the number of wall loops will also result in a more intense and solid-looking glow.
